Free champagne upon arrival was a delightful perk. The butler service was a welcome and personal touch. Central location made it easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants.

The Christmas Eve dinner was unsatisfying, with some dishes coming out cold and underseasoned. The room was cramped for the high price, and had severely outdated furnishings.

Excellent Christmas service, with staff collecting our luggage and coats. The interior garden was beautiful, and we were given champagne while we did the check-in. The shower had an amazing quality, and breakfast was top-notch with diverse options and even served hamburgers. Free bottles of water to take.

Our room was small and had poor soundproofing as we could hear our neighbor's baby. Some items didn't perfectly fit, such as the door to the toilet.

This hotel is a great pick for a special occasion. The service is outstanding and you'll feel pampered during your entire stay. The breakfast, although expensive, is unique and worth every penny. If you're visiting the area to dine at de Librije or Librije's Zusje restaurants, this hotel is conveniently close and even offers to pick you up in case it rains or you're wearing high heels. The rooms are spacious and uniquely decorated, with top-notch showers and beds.

The hotel's AC is not very effective in some of the rooms, which can be a downside during hot summer days.

This venue really lives up to its 5-star rating, every detail of the exclusive amenities really adds to the luxurious feel. The room was spacious and well-decorated, with an amazing bed and in-room breakfast options. The bar/lounge area was very elegant and made for a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

One minor issue we encountered was that the restaurant menu was limited and there were not many special diet menus. However, the food that we did have was amazing and made up for it.

The hotel had beautiful decor and a unique design. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was unforgettable, with a 3 Michelin stars rating. The location was great, next to a theater.

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and I loved the facilities offered, including the small surprise snack and welcoming herb tea. The inner garden of the building, where breakfast was served, was simply stunning. Conveniently close to Holland's 3 star top restaurant, I was able to enjoy a world-class dining experience in the 3-michelinstar restaurant, and the helpful staff even helped me find other great restaurants in the area. Speaking of the staff, they were so friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.
